Emergency Heating for Those Who Need It Most

Over the Winter months, Aura Heating is proud to have been working on a scheme offering boiler replacements to vulnerable and fuel poor households across the south. 

Working alongside ECHO, we’ve been helping many residents to make sure their homes have stayed warm throughout the colder season. 

What is ECHO?

ECHO, or Emergency Central Heating Offer, is a scheme offering emergency help to fuel poor and vulnerable households. The scheme offers assistance by repairing or replacing broken or condemned boilers. 

How does the ECHO scheme work?

Over the colder Winter months, people’s health and general wellbeing can be severely impacted by not having adequate heating and hot water. 

Through the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiative Scheme, AgilityEco and partners have provided ECHO to those that need it, with funding from five energy companies. 

The scheme was launched back in 2017 and since then it’s helped over 1500 families who needed a boiler repair or replacement to keep their home warm over the Winter.
